About the Role:

• A vacancy has arose in our YPT team. The team is made up of 7 SW's two of which are advanced. The role of the team is working with looked after children aged 14-18, Pathway Planning, Transitions as well as homeless and UASC assessments

• The team work with young people looked after aged 14-18.
• The team also complete joint homeless 16+ assessments and work with UASC.
• Understanding of contextual risk (harm outside of the home) would be beneficial. 

• We support hybrid working
• Office days at least 3 days
