About the Role:

• The role is for a full time (5 days) qualified and experienced social Worker to join one of our 4 Teams within the Children in Our Care Service here in Oldham.
• Teams are made up of 1 TM, 1 AP & up to 6 SW's.
• You would hold a case load on average of up to 18 children and Young People in LA care aged between 1 and 18 years old and to the expectations would be to review progress and develop their care plans to best meet their individual needs and all that this entails.
• The hybrid model is usually 3 days office based and 2 days WFH.
• The role is to cover maternity leave so will be for between 9 mths to 12 month period.
