About the Role:

We’re recruiting for a Team Manager in our Family Support Team (FST) – someone who can support our team to develop and grow, and who will help to ensure children in Wrexham are kept safe.

The FST is a social work team that supports children and families who are open to Children’s Social Care. The FST has responsibility for:

• Care and Support Plans
• Providing robust support to families and children ensuring best outcomes are met
• Management of Child Protection Plans
• Public Law Outline
• Taking cases to the first court hearing

We’re looking for someone with tip-top management skills to be responsible for a staff team of 15 Social Workers, 3 Social Care Assessors and 3 Assistant Team Managers. Is this something you could do?
