About the role:
- Experienced fostering social worker required for kinship team.
- Court directed assessments- essential assessment skills in assessing kinship foster carer required
- Must be able to meet deadlines and effective time management
- Understanding of fostering regulations and safeguarding/ child protection experience preferred.
- Mainly office based
- Need to work outside of office hours when on duty as the service requires
- Manchester local authority has been graded as 'outstanding' in recent Ofsted inspection
