About the role: 

Lincoln FAST is seeking an experienced Social Worker to cover some planned short term sickness.

We are a fast paced front line team where we undertake assessments of children and their families. We hold cases at CIN and CP as well as CIC, undertaking both public and private law proceedings.

We would require someone who is experienced in undertaking a range of assessments including parenting, risk, sibling and kinship assessments. We work with families to develop plans of intervention to aim to lead to sustained change and safety for the children.

We are based at St Giles Family centre and operate a duty system, where every 4th week you are on duty and there is an expectation that you are in the office a full 5 days during that time. During other weeks there is a mix of working from home and attending the office.
